Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Empress Exotics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Exchange Policy

If you need a different size or color, we'd be happy to exchange your item within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused and in its original condition.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons. These include intimate apparel, swimwear, and cosmetics (if opened).

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at empressexotics1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at empressexotics1@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
